CONSTRUCTION/BUILDING CONSENT PLANS
Full service from design though to construction. Clear and concise architectural plans and specifications suitable for onsite construction and obtaining building consent. We co-ordinate and liaise with any consultants that have been engaged for the project (Engineer, Surveyor etc) and collate their documentation ready for lodgement to council and manage the project through until consent has been issued.
RESOURCE CONSENTS
Navigating the resource consent process can be complex, but with the right guidance it becomes a clear and manageable pathway forward. We provide expert support in preparing and coordinating resource consent applications to ensure your project aligns with local planning regulations and environmental requirements.
