This one-bedroom Bach is situated on a steep site, offering stunning sea views. The client wanted two additional bedrooms and a second living area with a modern design. We determined that the best approach, considering the house's location, the site's steepness, and its shape, was to elevate the existing structure rather than build atop the 1950s construction. The lower level will provide stable support for the existing structure and maximize the created space.
